The on-chain asset-side attestation (per-address balances + EIP-712 control signatures) has not yet been wired for this snapshot, so coverage_ratio is not meaningful here. This is not an insolvency claim — it is a known gap in the publishing pipeline. The asset-side disclosure ships in a follow-up deploy.
