Core concepts
Prediction markets resolve real-world questions into prices. These are the building blocks SatoriEx uses to do that consistently.
Mental model
Treat each market as a question, each outcome as a possible answer, and each price as the crowd's estimated probability of that answer being correct.
A working mental model
Three nouns carry most of the platform. Hold these in mind as you read the rest of the docs.
- An event is the real-world thing you want to predict.
- A market is one specific tradable question about that event.
- An outcome is one of the possible answers to a market โ exactly one resolves true.
