Funding Your Account
SatoriEx trades in USDC, a US-dollar-pegged stablecoin. This page walks you through getting USDC into your account and back out โ whether you already use crypto or not.
Two Paths In
Custodial (no wallet required)
If you don't already have a crypto wallet, this is the simpler path. You buy USDC at a centralized exchange that operates in your country, then withdraw it to your SatoriEx deposit address. Most users in Asia-Pacific start here.
Web3 (linked wallet)
If you already hold USDC in MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet, link it once and deposit directly. No CEX in the middle.
How to Deposit
- 1Open the Wallet page on SatoriEx and copy your USDC deposit address (it's a per-user on-chain proxy wallet).
- 2From your CEX or self-custody wallet, send USDC to that address. Make sure you select **Polygon** as the network. Sending USDC on any other chain (Ethereum mainnet, Solana, Tron, BSC, Arbitrum) will result in lost funds โ always confirm the network field in your CEX withdrawal screen matches the network on your SatoriEx Wallet page.
- 3Wait for the required block confirmations. Your SatoriEx balance updates automatically โ typically within a few minutes, depending on network conditions.
Common CEX options across Asia-Pacific
Availability and licensing change over time, so check directly with the exchange. Examples of regulated centralized exchanges that have served users in each region include: Japan โ bitFlyer, Coincheck, GMO Coin ยท South Korea โ Upbit, Bithumb ยท Taiwan โ MaiCoin, BitoPro ยท Thailand โ Bitkub ยท Indonesia โ Indodax, Pintu, Tokocrypto ยท Philippines โ Coins.ph, PDAX ยท Singapore โ Coinhako, Independent Reserve. SatoriEx does not currently offer trading to users in Vietnam โ see the safety page for the jurisdiction notice.
SatoriEx does not endorse any specific exchange. Always confirm the exchange is licensed in your jurisdiction and that USDC withdrawals to the network SatoriEx supports are enabled.
How to Withdraw
To withdraw, request a USDC withdrawal from the Wallet page. SatoriEx sends USDC to your linked wallet (or a Tier-2 verified destination). To convert back to local currency: send the USDC to the same CEX you used to buy it, sell it for your local currency, and withdraw to your bank. Bank-side timelines depend on your CEX and country.
Costs to Expect
CEX side: fiat deposit fee (often $0 for bank transfer, ~2-4% for cards), USDC purchase trading fee (typically 0.1-0.5%), and a fixed USDC withdrawal fee set by the CEX.
Network: gas fee on the blockchain you're using, paid by whoever sends the transaction (the CEX deducts this from your withdrawal; on Web3 deposits you pay it directly).
SatoriEx: no deposit fee. First withdrawal includes a one-time $2.00 USDC charge that covers the on-chain proxy-wallet deployment (gas pass-through, not a SatoriEx fee). Subsequent withdrawals add no SatoriEx fee.
Daily Limits & Fees
Limits reset at UTC midnight each day. Deposit and withdrawal limits are tracked independently. Only Tier 2 (government ID verified) users can withdraw; all other tiers must upgrade first.
| KYC Tier | Daily Deposit | Daily Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 0 | Not available | Not available |
| Tier 1 | $100 USDC/day | Not available |
| Tier 2 | $10,000 USDC/day | $10,000 USDC/day |
First withdrawal fee: $2.00 USDC (default). This one-time fee covers on-chain proxy-wallet deployment โ a gas cost on L2. There is no SatoriEx fee on subsequent withdrawals. The fee is configurable by admins and may differ from the default.
Limits shown are platform defaults. Admins can adjust them within regulatory bounds; your Wallet page always shows the limits currently in effect for your account.
Limits may change; the latest values are always shown in your wallet before you submit.
Timing Expectations
Buying USDC at a CEX: instant if you already have funds on the exchange; 1 business day or longer if you're depositing local currency for the first time.
USDC transfer to SatoriEx: a few minutes once confirmations are reached, depending on the network.
USDC withdrawal from SatoriEx: withdrawals enter an admin review queue before being broadcast on-chain. Once approved, on-chain confirmation typically lands within a few minutes. Larger or flagged withdrawals may take longer to review.
USDC โ local currency โ bank: depends on your CEX. Usually same-day or next business day.
Tips
- Always double-check the network when sending USDC. Sending USDC on the wrong network is the #1 reason deposits go missing.
- On your first deposit, send a small test amount (e.g., 5โ10 USDC) before sending a larger amount.
- Some withdrawals require Tier-2 KYC. Verify your tier before depositing more than your tier's daily limit.
Exchange names are examples for orientation only โ verify current licensing and USDC support directly with each exchange before sending funds.
